Once you start dreaming, there is no going back, you’ll always have great ideas and you’ll always keep refining those ideas, but the truth is they won’t become reality.

Ideas become reality only on execution — which certainly doesn’t mean some complex rules, you just need to work on it.

We always fall into the trap of believing that we’re going to wake up someday and will have a lot of time for our pending work (unexecuted ideas), but my dear friend that is never going to happen.

Life works differently and the reality is if you want something to happen then you need to make time for it consistently. This could mean:

  • Working on weekends or public holidays.
  • Getting up 30 minutes earlier.
  • Going to sleep 30 minutes later.
  • Using lunch breaks to work on planning maybe.
  • Replacing evening show episodes with a brainstorming session.
  • Saying ‘NO’ on unnecessary commitments.

Always remember that there is always going to be someone out there who is busier than you, and still making it work, and working for their day-dreamed ideas, which only they can bring to reality.

You have to choose either to make an excuse or make time. There are 1440 minutes in a day, and you can afford to spend 60 of them on your dream.
